As we have often stated on the “Threshing Floor”, one of the signs of the closeness to the great tribulation is the increasing alliances between the government and the religious systems-as seen in Revelation 13 (the beast which rises out of the sea and the beast which rises out of the earth) . The modern day apostate church with its incorporation status under the 501(c)3 is the seed of the “great whore”/Mystery Babylon (Rev. 17 and 19).

As the church, epitomized by the rapture cult/dispensationalists, moves closer to accomodation with the political system through:

1. “Christianized” lobbyist efforts such as CUFI (Christians United For Israel),
2. the corrupt lobbying efforts of Israel-controlled AIPAC and certain high level cabinet officials professing Israel-centric initiatives based on false presumption of a “holy people”,
3. and a financial structure interwoven into the phony-currency Federal Reserve System through the Internal Revenue Service tax exempt status.

—the government, also responds with its own ideas about HOW they will marshal the vast resources of the American Church system.

On our June 16, 2006 Threshing Floor show we reported on the growing alliance of the mainstream churches with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) through a series of interlocking agreements enacted through the NVOAD (National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster,) under the rubric known as Citizens Core. In that show we underscored the rapidly expanding alliance of the corporatized church system with the corporate administrative government, The United States of America, Inc. (NOT the Constitutional united States of America).

Comes now Executive Order 13397, signed by President George W. Bush on March 7, 2006, which formalizes the alliance between church and state: the marriage of the tax-exempt, incorporated whore and the quasi-governmental administrative powers of the state through:

   Executive Order 13397concerns the “Responsibilities of the Department of Homeland Security with Respect to Faith-Based and Community Initiatives”. The executive order directs the Department of Homeland Security to “coordinate a national effort to expand opportunities for faith-based and other community organizations and to strengthen their capacity to better meet America’s social and community needs.”

Sec. 3. Responsibilities of the Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives. In carrying out the purpose set forth in section 2 of this order, the Center shall:

(a) conduct, in coordination with the WHOFBCI Director, a department-wide audit to identify all existing barriers to the participation of faith-based and other community organizations in the delivery of social and community services by the Department, including but not limited to regulations, rules, orders, procurement, and other internal policies and practices, and outreach activities that unlawfully discriminate against, or otherwise discourage or disadvantage the participation of faith-based and other community organizations in Federal programs;

This should NOW serve notice upon those with “eyes to see and ears to hear” to: “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”-Revelation 18:4
