Very well stated! I find that most of us Christians have been abused by and have abused the Bible which was certainly not God’s intent, but He, knowing this would happen, has made a way through the Spirit for us to walk in His ways which is to Love Him with our entire beings and love our neighbor as ourselves. We forget that Jesus didn’t protest in front of the temple or in any place whatsoever. He rebuked those who used the scriptures against the people and for themselves, giving us a new way to worship God which is in Spirit and in Truth. And the way to find the truth is through the Holy Spirit which resides in us. Thank you and God bless you always, June
Right on Randy! I was reminded of the vast amount of believers in the past who didn’t have access to the Scriptures like we do today, and even if they had access, they probably couldn’t read very well. I certainly have been guilty of intellectualizing the scriptures and it was so easy to think I was really being spiritual, when really i was getting puffed up with the “big head”. This deception is really subtle, because having Bible knowledge is not bad in and of itself and there are some fine lines and balancing points in “how we use” scripture. Maybe some of us would be better off if we just stopped studying the scriptures for awhile, especially those of us who are already Bible geeks! How many configurations of the “serpents, scorpions, and multitude” and how many layers of the 6,7,8 cycles do we really have to come up with? (Of course we don’t throw the baby out with the bath water in all this). Maybe some of us are getting over prepared in the Logos written word to the exclusion or limiting of the Rhema word directly from the Lord. Some of the most powerful messages I have received from the Lord came while I was taking a shower and when He used to speak through my dog Buddy. I sense that some of us think we left religion when we left the mainstream churches, but I know from my own life that I carried alot of religiosity with me. I have been out of the mainstream churchianity for along time and I’m still being de-programmed from religion. In some cases, it was like I didn’t know that I didn’t know I was being religious. Man! what a number the churchianity did on my head!!! I also sense that some of us are hiding behind our scriptural knowledge and the Lord wants to get to the core of our being and do some healing and deliverance. Those of us who are extremely wounded are pros at avoiding and we are masters at deceiving ourselves into going to the Bible too much instead of going to the Lord and allowing Him to probe our hearts. In other words the Lord is saying it is time to “Get Real” with Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. Some of us simply need to put down our Bibles and go love our neighbors and our family members. I believe the ordered progression (objectively speaking), is God, family, work, and then ministry. — Jumping tracks a little, wouldn’t it be wild if some of the most powerful of the 144K were some that recently became “born again” or even a few that have yet to become believers, that have very limited Bible knowledge but they came with the heart of a child in Holy Ghost power to straiten out some of old timers that had become jaded or a little puffed-up in “our” knowledge. Sounds like something the Lord would do just to confound the wise.
Sincerely — Jimmy H.
Of course the Bible is not a grimorie of magic spells to be recited literally against our enemies. But it does document who God’s enemies are, and how not to be one.
The first thing to realize is that God’s ministry isn’t about us and our life on earth and what we want to do. It’s about Him and His name and reputation. Those who care not a whit about His name and reputation are just in it for themselves and what they can ‘get’ out of God. I think that’s where a lot of people get messed up. That was the mistake made by Westboro Baptist and most of the Church.
Knowledge should not be pursued to the exclusion of love, but neither should love be pursued to the exclusion of knowledge. Both are necessary.
We shouldn’t need to take sides on this. But I guess where the ox really gets gored is when we realize that the Charismatic movement is, in fact, the Scorpions, using their ‘holy ghost power’ to discern who the Multitude is so they can betray them.
Regards,
Steve
That would be one level of interpretation, Steve.
I have been listening the the LORD on the book of Job. I have been reflecting on the fact that the LORD was not unhappy with Job’s sincere questions. Job really wanted to know… to understand. Job was sincere. What the LORD was unhappy with; nay, angry with, was Jobs friends who thought they had all the spiritual answers. Hmmmmm… I read about Jesus’ extreme anger at the Pharisees and teachers of the law because they thought they had it all together. They thought they had all the answers…..they had the scriptures but lacked understanding of them… they had no faith.
But, I like Job, have had to say, “Hear now, and I will speak; I will ask You, and You instruct me. I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear; But now my eye sees You; therefore I retract, and I repent in dust and ashes.”
I hear your sincerity, Randy. I don’t know all that the LORD is doing in your heart, but I trust HIM in doing it and I perceive that a prayer that I have prayed for you for awhile is being answered.
His Word is Truth and we must have the SPIRIT to give us understanding.
We all have a long journey to go and it is good.
The Dominionists are using the Holy Ghost power to “discern” who the multitude are. Steve you recieved that from the Lord. You’re right. Oh my Gosh. You my brother have just made a brilliant observation. This is what is happening. These maniacs are flaunting thier Locust status. This thing couldn’t have been scripted more brilliantly than from our Lord. The Locust Army, part of Gods threshing Floor.
Oh by the way Randy haven’t listened yet, just downloaded the show. Love all you guys.
Chris

Randy
Randy, I am surprised a man as studied as you are is not familiar with Ivan Panin’s work? Romans 3:4…….
Thalia
I wasnt sure of the context of which you were applying to Panins work. But I wrote this out to identify Pannin in his true sense. Was Pannin right for all the wrong reasons?
Ivan Panin’s work came at a great time of Jesuit orchestrated deception in the late 19th century. It lines up with Westcott & Hort, Schofield, and Darby. This is no coincidence by the way, and it is pointing you to a different Jesus. My self the Holy Spirit is the one who revealed to me that the KJB is the word of God. Not a neurotic mathematician. How could a man who has put this much time in the text, not know that the genealogy in Matthew ch 1 is not Jesus genealogy. Matthew Ch 1 is the genealogy of Joseph of whom was Jesus earthly father. Jesus was adopted by Joseph and because of Josephs genealogy it entitle Jesus to inherit the thrown and be born as the king of the Jews. The book of John which puts the most focus on Jesus genealogy as the Son of God. Jesus was also born the Son of man this is the main focus from the book of Luke of which in ch 3 traces Jesus genealogy back to Adam. Jesus was to inherit the thrown as the king of the Jews, but He was rejected by His own people. He did inherit the heavenly thrown. Yes by all means all of the gospels are a witnesses to each other as well. This is why Luke 3 says (son of) and Matthew ch 1 says (begat) when explaining the generations. Only the Holy spirit will reveal this truth, not a mathematical formula from a carnal mind.
Pavin Quote here below proves he dosent know what the hell he is talking about. Nothing but a bunch of mumbo jumbo.
….”The genealogy of the Lord Jesus Christ is in the first chapter of Matthew”. The vocabulary to the first half of this genealogy of the first eleven verses has 49 words. 49 happens to be 7×7. It has two separate numeric features. First, it is a multiple of 7; second, the sum of its factors is 14 – twice 7. Of these 49 words 28, or 7×4, begin with a vowel, and 21, or 7×3, with a consonant. That is to say, the words of the vocabulary are divided into words beginning with a vowel and words beginning with a consonant, not at random, but by sevens. So we have four features of sevens. So the 49 words of the vocabulary have 266 letters. That is a multiple of 7, i.e., 38×7, but that is not all. The sum of the figures of 266 is 14, or twice seven, and the sum of the factors 7x2x19 is also a multiple of seven; and we have three additional features of 7.
This is why Pannin could not see this. To say that Jesus genealogy as Son of man is in Matthew ch 1 is pointing you to a different jesus. Heli was marys father and Heli did not come through this seed line. There were cursed kings in that genealogy spoken of in Matthew ch 1 after David. One of them being Jechonias AKA Coniah.
This was spoken by the prophet Jeremiah of whom their “seed” was cursed and would never inherit the true heavenly thrown. So it would be scripturaly impossible for Jesus to be of that seed line in Matthew ch 1. It was Joseph who was born from that seed and line of earthly kings of Israel. Jesus was from the seed line in Luke.. The seed line went around Solomon as well, as Nathan was the appointed seed and not Solomon. This is why the generations in Luke are different than the generations in Matthew. Once you get back to David the #33 seed then they are the same all the way back to Abraham. Then Luke ch 3 carries it back even further to Adam, making Jesus the Son of man.
Panin found his proof in the myth of what is perceived to be the oldest and most accurate manuscripts – the Alexandrian manuscripts from Egypt from which the Westcott and Hort translations are derived. So it turns out that Panin conclusion that the bible could only have been written by God was correct, but it was for all of the wrong reasons, which results to the same as being wrong. He proves himself a bible illiterate by this ridiculous conclusion he makes concerning Matthew ch 1. He is an example of the carnal mind in its most magnificent glory. The carnal mind of man is at enmity with God. This is why the carnal mind will never receive the love of the truth, he magnifies his mind above God. For the natural man understands not the things of God, because the knowledge of God is of the Spirit, and is considered t foolishness by the carnal mind.
The works of Ivan Panin have been put before the ((((experts))) many times. Panin once challenged nine noted rationalists and Bible critics through the medium of the New York Sun newspaper November 9, 1899. He dared them to publicly refute or give explanation for a few of his presented facts. Four made lame excuses. The rest were silent.
My question is-Who are these so called experts?
Panin proved how much better is the human carnal mind than that of a computer. Panin could take GARBAGE IN and GARBAGE OUT TO THE LEVEL OF PERFECTION.
Yes the meaning of numbers, repetitive cycles, and patterns do have great significance in Gods way of doing things, but it has nothing to do with Panin’s false assumptions. His work was used for none other than just another dialectic clash.
If one learns the dialectic process it makes it very easy to identify Satan’s offencive movements to gather a consensus.
Jesus said; Peter, it was the father in heaven that revealed this to you not (flesh and blood) it was not the carnal mind that revealed the truth to Peter, but rather is was the Holy Spirit. This exact same process applies today nothing has changed
Panin’s input of the texts of Westcott & Hort is GARBAGE, and the Holy Spirit of Truth would confirm that to anyone studied to be approved unto God on that particular subject. Panin’s clame to fame was that he had found mathematical patterns that appeared by design, which would therefore prove the passage is authentic. This once again is the works of the carnal mind. In today’s world of strong delusion and famine for hearing the Word of God, few seem to have faith as a child. The faith of a child would know that Gods word in the KGB is true, the Holy Spirit revealed it to me, He will likewise do so for any who love the truth. But then the foolish Governor Pilot said “what is truth”? He said this right after Jesus had just told Pilot in the previous verse. This is why Jesus did not even bother to respond to Pilot’s question, because He had already answered it. But Pilot’s carnal mind could not receive it.

I looked at Panin’s material years ago. Bill’s comments, above, serve at a technical examination. I rejected the work due to three issues:
-Usage of the ASV Bible
-Westcott-Hort manuscripts
-The endorsements of false prophet David Eeals.
Not sure how this fits, contextually with my show. If anything, Panin is an obvious example of Biblical geekery, and lack of spiritual discretion…a waste of time!
Randy
Here is a little more explanation on how he made his faulty conclusions.
Dr. Ivan Panin, who discovered Numerics, found the Received Text broke the numeric pattern to often to be useful.
Though Pannin used W & H as his primary source he very often also used other text advised by W & H. He was able to pick and choose quite easily from the variations of text that did not correspond with the TR. Through the deliberate tweaking of a mix of Alexandrian text, TR, and even other obscure manuscripts to make his patterns work. He then calculated probabilities with out taking that tweaking into account. To provide the patterns that he most supported he even wrote his own published Greek text. Pannin was using classic circular reasoning. The same method that the Darwinist’s use to try and prove the faulty theory of “the geological column”. By deliberately designing the patterns himself Panninn eliminated his own argument that the patterns proved an original design. At best what he did do was prove that his attempt to generate patterns had been successful.
The 1635 Greek Textus Receptus have 166 words in those last twelve verses of Mark. Stephanus Greek text has 164 words in the last twelve verses of Mark.
Panin’s booklet “The Last Twelve Verses of Mark.” PANIN’S WORK ON THE LAST TW ELVE VERSES OF MARK BEGINS WITH THE OBSERVATION THAT THERE ARE 175 = 25 x 7 WORDS IN THE GREEK TEXT OF MARK 16:9-20. If that much is wrong how much else can be wrong also.
Bill
I hear you Randy.
The infinite Most High God cannot be contained or comprehended with our limited, finite understanding. But He by His Spirit, has so graciously given us tiny glimpses of Himself through the scriptures…..revealed to imperfect men like ourselves.
“And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.” (book of John, chapter 21, verse 25)
I guess we could say that we are the tablets (books) upon which He writes His continuing infinite, eternal story….each reflecting a particular aspect of Himself. But, when joined together by His Spirit, we become of beautiful picture of His revealed heart to this world and universe at large.
These are hardly the words of a false prophet…excerpted from David Eells teaching in unleavened bread bible studies 3/9/11 at least his asv bible is real to him!!
The old man
We must take the old man where he does not want to go….just as Jesus did to Peter…
We are in authority over him…we are supposed to rule over him…
if you walk after the flesh
you must die
but if by the spirit you put to death the deeds of the body
you shall live…
so we have to walk after the spirit….
your spiritual man is the only part of you that is capable of walking after the spirit.
and your soul is the deciding factor…your mind, your will, your emotions…
decides who you will follow…
the spirit or the flesh?
YOU are responsible to walk after the spirit and if you don’t you will die.
Through Jesus we have already won against the old man…Gal 2:20; Gal 5:24
Your physical man is only a vehicle to carry what is really important
and what is really born from above and what really has eternal life.
the old man doesn’t have any eternal life…he has to die on a cross..
so he is not the important one..
to those whose mind is only on the things of the world..
the deceitfulness of riches and the cares of this life..
the carnal man is what is important to them…
they want to please the flesh…
they want to serve the flesh…
and basically they always do this at the expense of the spiritual man!
He will die if you serve the flesh..
He is the one that has to be fed
He is the one that has to rule…
The Lord paid the price to set us free…
We are free from the bondage by what He did at the cross..
so is the spiritual man and
the old man pays a terrible price for taking authority over the spiritual man
the curses of this world come all over him…it is best if he gives leadership to the spirit man
who is obviously the only one who can walk out from under the curse of this world and
walk under the blood.
I am not here to debate David Eeals. If you like him, please do so. There are aspects to his teachings that are “off” to my ear, and I have met him. I also knew that when you brought up Panin, you were likely an Eeals follower as well.
End of conversation. OK?
God has fed me through many wonderful men of God….none perfect as yet…I was not trying to be controversial…..I am only saddened by all the biting and devouring among the brethren I hear going on…maybe this could be the gog magog war going on in the spirit?….God is hardly limited by our “offness” and is able to lead and direct his sheep through it all… I am convinced…and as He uses imperfect vessels…I am so thankful to God for any man that he has used to help me in my search for a deeper walk with him..men including Randy Maugins….the watchmen.. Zac Poonen, Dr. Robert Thompson, David Ravenhill, Richard Owen Roberts, Duncan Campbell, Milton Green, George Warnock, and so many more… are just a few that I follow after…..as they follow after Christ!
Thalia-
I perhaps misspoke on David Eeals…there aspects of his teachings, specifically related to the 144,000, on which I disagree…this does not make him a false prophet…and for that I have to retract that statement. I, too, entered into the same critical spirit which I spoke against in this show. I apologize.
I met David on a speaking tour he did with Prophecy Club some years ago, and I found him very pleasant, and a good speaker. As I said, I disagree with him on interpretation of prophetic scriptures, but that does not negate his work or the esteem I should hold for fellow laborers.
I hope we can now set aside any disagreements, and each do what we are to be doing in the days before the night comes.
Randy
Randy, thank you,….. you have greatly soothed and calmed my spirit…Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity…Ps 133:1 ….that’s interesting..I just noticed psalm 133 has only 3 verses…that could be an amazing meditation…..just these 3 verses…yes….the night is approaching quickly….I pray for your strength in God for the days ahead! Maybe these 3 verses will have something to do with our strength.
randy,
i listen to your shows, they are on the edge prophetically speaking,,i like them.
the new agers dont like the show cause you mention the bible still and some christians dont like it cause you mention the new agers..lol..
i believe you have some messages needed to be heard…about concerning how christians use the word of God in wrong abusive ways at times,,knocking someone over the head so to speak with the word. Its the way Christians express the gospel that turns people off not the word in itself..
I dont see yet where the word is an idol,,,the scriptures Christ himself used the word to heal and deliver the oppressed many times..In John and genesis as the word was in the beginning and made flesh..ect…i believe the word is an experience one has to experience instead of just rread..this is what happened to me…
i use to be in eastern religions before chrisitanity…there is also deception and even sexual exploitation in these cults that i saw…they have their problem attitudes as well in areas.
inbetween in all i say you have a messages at times christians may need to hear…
Maybe the show is to be what the holy spirit wants..what does the spirit want of it>
if there is too much pain and confusion …rest.awhile on it..not everything is meant to be revealed and alot of it is beyond our understandings at certain levels..
it is your experience and journey i feel you must continue it out…words though are very powerful,,the sword of truth they say rightly divides, ask God where he wants you to go with it….
i just a nobody prophetic on the edge please accept my attempt to speak where led…
may the peace of ruach hakodesh be upon you my brother and guide you in this journey
Denise-
The common thread is that religions are mind control. Christianity is a trademarked, corporatized version of the truths given by the Messiah/Son of God, Yeshua, and “New Age” is just an amalgam of eastern mysticisms updated by the NWO for consumption by trendy latte sippers. Both are false presentations of many truths. The Bible is a record of God’s work with a people called the Hebrews, whom He preserved to bring forth Messiah, as promised to Abraham, and contains some of the words and works of Yeshua…not all. I do think scripture is prophetic, we just need to be very careful in interpreting it. The Holy Spirit is the source of Wisdom…actually IS Wisdom.
I speak what I hear, and go where I’m lead…not a popular concept. People love many words, pile up…I am tending toward less words…musch stillness. This does not make great radio…ha!ha!
Nice to hear from you, Denise. May the Spirit be with you.
Randy
Quote from Sue Patterson: “Full Circle” dated December 28th, 2009.
That’s what all of our studies are based upon. We go into the Word, we look at each word and then we look at the root words that bring us to that word going all the way down to the root– the original Greek and the Hebrew. We’re not bringing in the Kabal. We’re not bringing in all this different stuff from everywhere else. We go right to the Bible.
and your point is what, John?
Look…you criticized me every turn…including the Third day material…you have a critical spirit. The Third Day shows are just that: a Bible study. They are a propheticv view of the scriptures…they do not define me, or what I may say of think.
get over yourself!
Really enjoyed listening to this. Thanks so much for sharing, and I look fwd to listening to more. You’re definately ‘hearing’.
