We deconstruct the media wave of exotic teachers, prophets, and end-of-times prognosticators who sell the “return of the Nephillim’ myths to gullible prophecy followers. This twist on Bible prophecy is achieved by clever extractions, wholesale fabrication, and a lack of clear interpretation of key scriptures.
The existence of ‘Giants’ on Earth is an indisputable fact. There is Biblical, mythological, and archaeological evidence that there have existed in the past, human-like creatures of gigantic stature upon our planet. The Bible alone has dozens of references that are tabled at the bottom of this article. The question that divides people is not whether giants existed or not but how they originated. The ‘Nephilim’ school of thought insists that they were a result of the union between fallen angels and human women.
The larger question remains: are these nephillim, or giants, the same beings being being predicted to return as “alien space visitors” in the last days?

Also, in this article below, Dr. Heiser refutes Zecharia Sitchin’s claim that the nephilim were “fallen ones”. But he does state that a more accurate linguistical rendering of the ancient texts is the term “giants”.
However, he also mentions that “Jewish and early Christian commentators prior to Augustine took the literal view of Genesis 6:1-4 (angelic-human cohabitation that produced giants)”.
So he is stating that the ancient Christian writers, prior to Augustine, did believe that there was a angelic-human co-mingling, that produced these “giants”.

Also, the question remains: why were the children of Israel told by God,to destroy all these ‘races” of the decendants of giants, when they came into the palestinian region?
There had to be more of a reason than just that these were very “large” evil individuals.
God had not told the ancient Israelites to destroy the Egyptians while they were still living in Egypt. Yet the Egyptians had oppressed the children of Israel. And they also did evil to the children of Israel.
So, the question then, is why were the children of Israel told to destroy all those many races, all those “ites” of whom they came in contact with in the “promised land”?
Great show, as always with Paul. The information regarding the use of Hebrew words and the assimilation of such words was very enlightening and one I had not considered before.
As to the Giants; I understand Paul is allowing for various explinations as to their origin, but instead of an off planet origin, it strikes me that the earth was undoubtedly a very different place “back in the day.” It would seem that enviromental factors, possible due to increased Co2 or some sort of water/vapor layer in the atmosphere enhanced biological systems to allow gigantasism. If there were extreme sizes of animal life such as dinosaurs, as well as fauna, why not extreme sizes of some sort of humanoid creature as well?
One other quick point is that while megalith construction seems a dunting task, there are some examples of the creation and manipulation of such things in the work of Dr. Davidovitch of the Geopolymer institute, who has done work showing that plant extracts used as a binder (Akaloids) in conjunction with aluminum silicates found locally makes excelent building materials in the form of cements. His theory is that the Pyramids were cast in place.
Also W.T. Wallington has a site where he shows the minipulation of very large concrete blocks with minimal effort in relation to their size. Very interesting indeed.
While the stones at Baelbek may pose a problem in this regard, it’s not inconceivable that they were using geopolymers and given the fact that giants using such material moving techniques as Wallington has shown, would have no problem transporting such objects, it really makes you wonder whether the UFO/Atlantis/Nephelim crowd do any research what so ever.
Genesis 6: 1-4 says what is says. Everywhere else in the Old Testament where “sons of God” is used (Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:7) it is in reference to angels, so why does this bother you so much here?
As well, in Genesis 6:4 the phrase “and also after that” is in reference to AT LEAST 120 years (verse 3) before the flood and then for some period of time (not specified) AFTER the flood when these “GIANTS” were present.
Additionally, use of the term “nephilim” is certainly appropriate because it means “fallers”-”rebels”-”apostates”. I would say that is useful info that is not implied in the word “GIANT” only.
Another point, as far as I can tell only idiots (and they are certainly out there) teach that the nephilim are the fallen angels and not the offspring of the angel/human relations. But if idiots do not want to read for themselves they just find another idiot to tell them stories. The verses are very clear in describing who is who and there is no need to dabate that, unless your an idiot of course.
In reference to angels not marrying, well yea, but fallen angels do whatever they want to do…their FALLEN!
Genesis 6:1-4 says what it says. If you want to make up your own theories about some mutant giants that is fine. If you think some giants “came” here from another planet, great. It’s a theory and it certainly appears something happend on mars, cydonia region, etc.. So great, try and figure out how they got here. Did they have craft? If so what happened to them? Did someone drop them off or ditch them here? If they are mutants did someone else mutate them or was it naturally occuring? Did they build the megalithic structures? I’ll bet the NEPHILIM did (with their parents, help of course), but if not maybe your mutant giants did. All I am saying is…why degrade the words of Genesis 6: 1-4 down to a “theory”? IT SAYS WHAT IT SAYS!
I also think it is rather important to get this information out to believers because, and I am theorizing here, according to many UFO abductees (David Jacobs research, etc.) the so called E.T. presence on this earth has been, for several decades, making hybrids of “alien” (likley the same old fallen sons of God, a.k.a. ANGELS) and human beings. Most Christians think such things are fairy tales so when they SEE it for themselves they are going to be sucked into the deception. But if they were aware that this SAME thing happened to us long ago then they would be prepared. As the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
I can theorize to. I think that the fallen angels have made several races of “ET’s” and the greys are likely an advanced biological robot. One of the races (likely NOT the greys) will attack the earth or threaten us in some way. Then some other races will come in and help us. All the while they will be playing “good cop” vs “bad cop”. The hybrid types will likely be associated with the “good cops”. So after they help us win the war with the “alien threat” they will sit down with us and teach us a bunch of wonderful lies, that many people will love to hear. So that’s a theory. Could be correct, could be wrong. The difference between you and I is that I did not paste that theory on a Bible verse that already has a clear and valid explanation.

I suppose for me. it’s how it’s beeing interpreted these days i.e. that “fallen angels” had intercourse with humans which produced giants. To look at this differently and to Paul’s PDF regarding this; If this union was, as is popularly expressed in Xtian churches, the ultimate cause for God flooding the earth and sparing only Noah then why were there Giants remaining? Did God not get it right? Hardly. The flood was a result of man’s sin and his thought to continually do evil.
Deut. 3-11 For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold, his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man.
If “fallen angels” interbred with humans and created progeny, then why are they not doing so now, or a hundred years ago or a thousand. If it is because God locked them away until the time of judgement(2 Pe 2:4 ), then how was Og still around until the Israelites killed him? Was he just missed in the flood?
I do however find it interesting that Peter somehow links the two events together, that of 2Pe 2:4 and then references the saving of Noah in the very next verse 2Pe 2:5.
A final thought on this. Is it possible that angelic status can be revoked? We see that Angels can take the form of men even eat food (Gen 19). If these that Peter speaks of in 2Pe2:4 did not keep their proper abode, could they then have been stripped of there “angelic powers” and been banished to the earth as men?….just musings here, but I look forward to Randy and Paul’s continuation of this series.

Possible, but is it not also possible that when you say “alien” and connect them to the “same old fallen sons of God, a.k.a. ANGELS” that there could, infact be actual Aliens? Could there, somewhere in the galaxy, been created another race of beings? Does the bible preclude the idea of life independant of that, which was created on the earth?
