Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. [10] And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.- Matthew 24:9

judas-cycleThe Judas Cycle is the prophetic picture of the tribulation of the saints—specifically, the multitiude, who come to the truth and are then spoiled and killed by the government (the scorpions) and the apostate churches (the serpents).

This cycle is a replay of the betrayal and murder of Jesus Christ on a grand scale. The multitude are those who wash their garments in the Blood of Christ. They are ministered to by the 144,000 for preparation, and do indeed “love not their lives unto death…” This show reviews the key scriptures which predict this event, as it recasts the betrayal, trial, and cold-blooded execution of Messiah onto a global holocaust.

Behold I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions , and physical and mental strength and ability over all the power that the enemy possesses ; and nothing ( nothing ) shall in any way harm you . Luke 10:19 This is a banner over me in the spirit …… Stand on it ….. experience it …. wrestle for it ……. rest in it

After reading Sue Patterson’s books, and listening to the Third Day studies, the metaphoric language has really revealed amazing truths that were previously hidden to me. As an example, I want to share what became apparent to me as I reread Matthew 10:16 with a new understanding. The scriptures here says:

…be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

In this verse. we have the characteristics of the full three thirds of the apostate church:

The Serpents are wise, but, not harmless.
The Multitude are wise and harmless.
The Scorpions, which, by omission, are described as, not wise, and not harmless.

Just look at Judas. If he was wise, he would have remembered this prophecy:

Zechariah 11:12 & 13; And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver. And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.

Now, if Judas was aware of this, he would most likely have put on the brakes to his plans to betray Jesus. As it was, he covenanted with the chief priests and captains for the exact amount of 30 pieces (not 25, not 35, or some other amount, but, 30 on the head) of silver, (not gold, a position, or land, but, silver) and who in their right mind would have done it?
While Judas was blind to his role in the fulfillment of Zechariah’s prophecy, I’m sure that all the chief priests and elders were quite aware of this. They had all they could do to keep a straight face as they thought that Judas was a cosmic joke. The cherry on top, was when Judas came back to return the silver, after he became fully aware of the evil that he did.
Judas earned his money, and the chief priests and elders, urned him, probably after they were done mocking Jesus. Yeah, this was real funny to them, up until the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, then the freaking out was really rampant among them.
I wonder if a plot in the potters field would cost $666.00 in today’s economy?

Silver today is $45.22 US per ounce…depends on what the “pieces” were, but maybe really is $666…ha ha!
