Part 1 of a series on the concrète-ization of prophecy: modern day so-called “Bible Prophecy” has been shaped into a montage of catastrophe scenarios, grand scale deaths by plague, supernatural apparitions, and repeated destructions of the physical Earth. It has taken on the aspects and qualities of hundreds of science fiction novels, comic books, and high dollar special effect films. Moreover, it has now morphed into a narcotic form of obsession by cult personalities who market and merchandise this vision to gullible, Biblically illiterate believers and the world-at-large. The result: deception on a grand scale and MISSING the more nuanced fulfillments that history and scripture record. It is not about “preterism” or “pre-millenialism”—or any other theological inventions, but about RIGHTLY dividing the Word of God and understanding HOW prophecy is fulfilled before our eyes.

People of the Obelsk

A friend and listener sent us this recent ad (back cover of “John Hagee Ministries” magazine) for the annual Christians United For Israel Summit in Washington, D.C.—truly these are the people of the obelsik!

A listener wrote, asking about the terms “sons of God” (ben Elohim) in Genesis 6:2 and Romans 8:14 …there is no small amount of confusion regarding the nature and identities of these “sons (daughters)”, especially when the term “nephilim” is brought into view. It is clear that the Father intended for the “other” creature—humans—which descended from Adam to become something more than this present estate…he was a creation with a unique destiny…One can be born again, of either Jesus or Satan. Jesus chooses his own…Satan isn’t fussy, he wants ALL humanity!

A survey of scriptures which clearly identify the identity of the “restrainer”, or the one who “letteth” . This identification is crucial, as rapture doctrine holds that this person is the Holy Spirit, who will be removed from the Earth at the rapture of the church.The evidence presented in this study provides sufficient scriptural references to lay the axe to the root of this aberrant teaching, and demonstrate WHO this restrainer is, as well as lay out the mission of the Holy Spirit to the believer.

One of the great wars of the near-future will be tech wars on the web…manned by “tech kiddies”: young, tech-savvy ex-patriates who hack, crack, and exploit for the sheer joy of confounding and infuriating their counterparts in the military, intelligence, and industrial-financial systems…who hold no allegiance to any government, any currency, or laws—national or international…raised on technology in the volatile political climate of Eastern Europe…where the ability to game sophisticated networks, hack complex software, and manipulate encryption will be key to “liberating” hard assets like money, food, munitions, electrical power, and battle-winning data.

Long time listeners to Threshing Floor know we covered the Blackwater* saga in 2007 with an eye on the prophetic implications, here in America, of the metaphoric scorpions seen repeatedly in scripture.

Now being reported by independent media, bloggers, Alex Jones, and also major media outlets comes the seemingly sudden appearance, in Hardin, Montana, of American Police Force—claiming to have taken over the town and its unoccupied prison facility:

Given Obama’s expressed desire to have a nationalized police force, and the timing concurrent with a ramp up of inoculations for the H1N1 virus—now being seeded as a pandemic, with its obligatory ‘mandatory’ vaccinations….the timing is indeed eerie.

Evil for its part is very intuitive and adapts with the times continually trying to achieve its goal to destroy true Christianity. It will not and has not succeeded. It is an eternal spiritual battle that plays out on the physical canvas of life…Satan has learned his craft well. He has harmonized and homogenized Christianity with the empire “system”. Whatever any of you do – do not take any of the flu vaccination. Do not let your children be vaccinated either. You have no idea what is coming. And you so-called pastors of State sanctioned Churches – do not let your establishments be used as human collection points. You have been warned. Ezekiel 33:6

David Flynn has been a fixture on the stage of crypto-Christian research for over fifteen years, cutting a wide path in exploring mystical and occult themes from the perspective of the Bible, appearing in numerous videos on YouTube and popping up at UFO conventions in support of his 2002 book, “Cydonia: The Secret Chronicles of Mars”.

“Temple At The Center Of Time” is slightly more Earth-bound—but not much, and far more grandiose in its reach toward tying together the disparate parts of his reaching studies into the mystic. None of that would be bad IF Flynn were better grounded in doctrine—He is not—and more consistent in both his scientific facts and the prophetic “projections” he attempts to hammer out of a cornucopia of of quasi-scientific data. The book is hopelessly confusing.

Worse: rather than go to scripture for his core validations, Flynn pulls into his sphere of influence the dubious “Book of Enoch”, the Babylonian Talmudic texts, and the Apocryphal Book of Second Maccabees along with assorted pseudipigraphal writings—and, for good measure, a citation from the equidistant letter spacing “Bible Code” software!
