We all start out pretty much like Samson did with a whole lot of vim, vigor, zest, and joie de vivre for life. Then something comes along and capsizes our forward momentum, our onward thrust. It could be dramatic or a series or processes of mistakes and/or setbacks. But the end result is always the same – chains (sin).

Third WHERE—ever have any of us here been heard/seen teaching these things explicitly?

ps if you attend a Christian or Messianic church where your “brothers and sisters” condemn others as “legalists,” you are called to come out from among them and be ye separate and touch not the unclean thing. Those who condemn others as legalists are blind leaders of the blind who both fall into the ditch. The Spirit of YHWH also sends strong delusion to self righteous people so they will believe a lie, so they will be judged according to what they say and do against the Household of Faith. “You cannot be partakers of the Master’s table, and the table of demons.” (1 Corinthians 10:21)
So NO ONE can ever cry: “legalist” from this perspective? This is spiritual fascisim of the first rank—nice way to cut off valid dissension, just label anyone who cries ‘legalist’ as infidels. Sounds more like Islam. Perhaps you would like to declare jihad?
LEGALISM IS BONDAGE, plain and simple, the legalism replacing God. Most cults fall into legalism, which is how they control others and eliminate free speech. Anyway, they will bash those who are not legalists to bind their folks together against the enemy–i.e. the heathen.
One more danger to legalism–many who cannot live up to the strictures of the given cult fall into secret sin, where sin and perversion grow rampant… Freedom from within is real freedom. Freedom imposed from outside by man isn’t freedom, but bondage. I could go on but anyway, just being honest here… I like Baruch and I do feel it’s a lie to say that Jeff Cross and/or me is not of God.
