All salient points. the thing is: HOW does a “private” (read-CIA storefront op)roll into an American town and supplant the Sheriff’s office, which is the ONLY constitutionally mandated law enforcement officer?

Where are the stones of these men who watch this convoy roll by unquestioningly (rhetorical questions, yes).

But you’re right, Zeph, “private” functionaries are always used—explore the history of the Pinkertons as example. It is more bald-faced now, for sure.

The thing that people don’t really know is that private security forces often outnumber our regular military forces!…Mercs are how the world has done business for years and years. Some of these military hardware auctions are breathtaking, with outfits like this APF (a joke of a name) purchasing serious firepower and all legal.

Obama said, prior to the election, that he wishes to develop a CIVILIAN SECURITY FORCE THAT IS EQUAL TO THE US MILITARY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT… This is what he meant.

hahahah, would be excellent to see the scandal take Hardin out of the equation, those people need to learn not to sell their souls for a job.
